Armoslip® slip agents and anti-block additives add a lubricating layer and provide excellent bloom control and secondary mold-release in polyolefins and engineering polymers. These products provide lubricity, chemical and thermal stability that find useful applications to solve a variety of technical challenges. The Armoslip® product line includes various grades of primary amides, including erucamide, oleamide and stearamide versions. Primary amides find their primary applications in polyolefins as slip and anti-block agents but are also useful in other polymers such as rubber, EP rigid polyvinyl chloride as lubricant, vinyl plastisol cap liners to reduce the torque required for cap removal and coatings as a slip and anti-mar additive. As a fully integrated manufacturer, PMC Biogenix can modify the chemical properties and key property factors. Thru those means, we expect to see improving performances in a variety of applications.
